Chess

Chess Club is a place to learn how to play strategy games and is a fun way to socialise with other chess players.

St Laurence’s Primary Chess Club meets once a week in the Library. It is open to all students who are interested in learning to play and those students who want to play competitively. Students are able to participate in a school competition as well as the NSW Chess Competition, which plays at the regional tournaments between schools each year.
